If you have generated and sent an Outgoing Referral letter and have now received correspondence back from the referred provider that you wish to link to your outstanding order in EZDERM to close the referral loop, you can import the document via the EZDERM Practice Management System.
Click on the Export/Import button on the left-hand side of the PMS, then click Import Results. From here you will select the Provider, the Patient, and the outstanding referral order that you want to link the correspondence to. Drag and drop the file or click into the field to choose the file manually, and then click Import Results. A white checkmark will appear signifying that the file has been imported and linked. The file will be saved in the patient’s chart and move the order from Pending Results to Pending Review within the Inbox on the EHR.
